Do I need to create an account to book a bag?
Yes, you will need to create an account before booking a bag.
Do I have to buy a package or a membership?
No. You can buy a single class if you’re terrified of commitment! We offer a ‘new guest’ package, which allows you to purchase one class and the second one is on us.
Can I book online?
Absolutely. Create an account online and then buy some classes or a membership package. After that, you can go ahead and reserve your spot online.
What options do I have for buying classes?
We have two options available – you can buy packs of classes or sign up for a membership. As you’d expect, the more you commit, the more you save.
Packages are best if you want to keep it casual, as they let you use classes whenever it suits you.If you want to reach your goals faster, it’s best to commit. Decide how many times you’ll come per week and sign up for a membership that matches your goals.
Can I transfer or share my class package or membership?
Absolutely! Individual classes (or classes purchased as part of a class package) can be shared amongst guests. Memberships, however, are non-transferable.
When do classes become available to book online?
Two full weeks of classes are always available for booking.
How does the waitlist work?
If the class you want to attend is full, you can join a waitlist. As people cancel, you will be automatically added in the order that you signed up. After the 12-hour mark, we will call you if we are able to secure you a spot in the class. We can only hold the spot if we're able to reach you; otherwise, we will release it to the next guest on the waitlist. That said we always encourage waitlisted guests to come to the studio, as we are often able to get guests in on a walk-in basis.
What is your cancellation policy?
All we ask is that if you are not going to be able to make the class, you cancel at least 12 hours prior. This allows us to make sure someone else gets that bag if you can’t make it! Anything cancelled less than 12 hours before class starts is a late cancel, and you do forfeit the class.
What if I miss a class?
If you book a class and don’t show up, you will lose your class credit.
Can I move my booking?
If you are outside the 12-hour no-cancellation window, you can always move to another class (that’s not already sold out). If you would like to attempt a same day switch, which is permitted without losing a credit (subject to availability), please email us at contact@studio-box.co.
