Studio Box pits you against your fiercest opponent – yourself. Push yourself to limits you didn’t know you were capable of in this non-contact class.
We’ll help you keep getting fitter and stronger, in under an hour. Some of the country’s finest trainers will guide you from a dynamic warm-up, through ten rounds of boxing-inspired fitness and strength training, ending with a restorative cool down. Studio Box challenges you to work with your own weight and our unique ‘water filled’ punching bags for well-earned results.
Never tried boxing-inspired fitness before? No problem! We’ll teach you the basics at the start of each class and help you every step along the way.
Everyone is welcome - regardless of fitness level. Take things at your own pace and have fun.
We’re pretty relaxed when it comes to what to wear, just show up in your normal gym attire and we’ll take care of the rest.
